The Unseen Weddings
The Unseen Weddings started from my own experience of planning a wedding as a disabled bride-to-be, where I recognised a lack of representation, clear accessibility information and understanding across the wedding industry. I wanted to help change that.
I’m now developing lived-experience accessibility audits for venues and wedding suppliers, creating community events for disabled and neurodivergent people, and hosting networking events to help wedding professionals better understand accessibility and inclusion.
Through collaborations, advocacy and accessible wedding inspiration, my aim is to break down barriers, improve knowledge and create an industry where every couple feels seen, understood and welcomed.
